Lavender Hill enjoys 360º sea views , and faces north to maximize the sunshine and stunning views down the coastline over Oneroa beach to Coromandel and Great Barrier Island.

Lavender Hill is the culmination of the dream of Judy and David Sheary, to build a rustic Tuscan inspired farmhouse, with luxury guest accommodation in beautiful Church Bay on Waiheke Island Auckland NZ.

Careful attention to detail was required to replicate the look and feel of an old Tuscan farmhouse. Wonderful antique furniture, rustic plaster walls with aged exposed beams throughout, lovingly restored French Oak doors, complete with hand forged hinges and latches, give Lavender Hill a very special warmth and character that will make you want to return again and again.

The gardens around Lavender Hill are landscaped to give the feeling of natural beauty.

The grounds are planted with New Zealand natives along with Lavender and Rosemary working in perfect harmony. A large north facing lawn running down to our olive grove completes the picture.
